The service

MyChurches provides a member app, ministry management, treasury, and a pastor dashboard. Formal accounting stays in your own system (for example Xero or QuickBooks); MyChurches does not replace your accountant.

Plans and billing

The Free plan has no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly based on your church's size. You can switch plans or cancel anytime; the change applies on the next cycle.

Fee on processed giving

When your members give through the platform, a fee applies to the processed amount, according to your plan:

• Free2% on processed giving
• Growth1.5% on processed giving
• Full Church1% on processed giving

This fee covers online payment processing. Applicable taxes are not included.

Free trial

Paid plans include a 14-day trial. You are not charged during the trial, and we notify you before the first charge.

Your data

Your church's data is yours. You can export it and request deletion when you close your account. We do not sell your data.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from settings. Your church keeps access until the end of the period already paid.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in advance inside the platform.
