Lynne & Jeff took a Virgin Balloon Flight from Castle Fraser in Aberdeenshire in 2008. This is the balloon being filled with hot air to enable take-off. The ladies are in the basket, the men helping the pilot (Jeff taking photo - much easier!). Lynne is in the basket wearing a dark blue pullover.
Jeff when leader of Take Note Praise Group, Fochabers (aged 60)
In about 1994 Lynne and Jeff formed an ecumenical childrens praise group based in the Bellie Kirk, Fochabers. The group were called 'Take Note' thus we wore T Shirts with fish emblem that had a musical note for an eye. There were about 40 children of primary schools age, we were a choir that enjoyed games, drama and singing and staging a musical each year. This is a small section of Take Note with Lynne and Jeff and helpers in the early days. I really do miss the friendship and love of the little ones, the challange of working with them and the enjoyment of producing a lovely 'noise'.
Perhaps I may help form another group in The Cluster.
These are two puppets that we used with 'Take Note'. The children gave them names. Ruth and Barnabus the biblical characters.
